These terms are a translation of the Russian public offer, which prevails in case of discrepancy.
2. What you are ordering
We produce vinyl graphics and printed goods made to order for a specific machine and to your instructions. Every item is therefore made individually for you.
3. How an order works
You place an order through the cart or by e-mail. We then contact you, agree the specification, prepare a proof and send it for your approval. The contract is concluded when you approve the proof and pay.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us.
4. Artwork and rights
Once you approve the proof in writing, we print exactly what was approved; we cannot accept claims about approved text, numbers, colours or placement afterwards.
By sending us logos or images you confirm that you are entitled to use them.
5. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the site, include worldwide shipping and are not subject to VAT: the seller applies the Russian simplified tax system. The final price depends on the kit, the material grade and any extras, and is confirmed before production.
International orders are paid through PayPal. We send you the PayPal address of our UK partner together with the invoice; you make the transfer yourself. Printing starts once the payment arrives.
6. Production and shipping
Lead time depends on how busy production is; we confirm it with your order and count it from the moment the proof is approved and payment is received.
Shipping is free: it is already included in the price. Orders inside Russia go by the CDEK courier service, international orders by EMS. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier, and import duties and taxes in your country are yours to pay.
7. Returns
Because every item is made to your individual order, items of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. You may cancel at any time before the proof is approved and printing starts; we refund what you paid less costs already incurred.
If an item arrives faulty, write to info@spystav.com with photographs within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for the result of self-application: the outcome depends on surface preparation and correct fitting technique.
