This policy is issued under Russian Federal Law 152-FZ "On Personal Data". The Russian version prevails in case of discrepancy.
2. What we collect
- your name, phone number and e-mail address;
- the free-text notes you write about your artwork;
- a delivery address, if you provide one;
- anonymous visit data — IP address, browser and device information, referrer — collected by web analytics.
3. Why we use it
- to accept your order and produce your graphics;
- to contact you about the proof, lead time and payment;
- to issue invoices and keep accounting records;
- to run your account, order history and bonus balance;
- to improve the site using anonymous statistics.
We do not send marketing e-mail without separate consent and we never sell your data.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box at checkout or registration, and to perform the contract you enter into when ordering.
5. Where your data is stored
Our servers are located in the Russian Federation, as required by Russian law for the personal data of Russian citizens. Data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil your order, and longer where accounting law requires it. We do not transfer personal data outside the Russian Federation.
6. Who else sees it
Only the processors we need to serve you: our hosting provider, our e-mail provider, the payment service (card details are entered on their side and never reach us), the courier that delivers your parcel, and web analytics for anonymous statistics.
7. Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@spystav.com. We reply within 10 business days. Withdrawing consent may make it impossible to complete an order already placed.
8. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the cart and for signing in, plus analytics cookies that collect anonymous statistics. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and account will then not work.
